Q. I know it was an incredible day for you, two birdies, two eagles. What was it like playing in front of the Irish crowd today?

ALFREDO GARCIA-HEREDIA: Amazing. It's a great atmosphere. I've never experienced anything like this before. Last year I thought it was a lot of people, but when you're like this, especially playing with Rory, and I enjoyed so much playing today.

Q. I know of course much of the crowd would have been here for Rory here on Irish soil, but it felt like you fed off their energy a lot today.

ALFREDO GARCIA-HEREDIA: Yeah, definitely. Of course Rory is Rory, but there was a lot of people there, and they just love golf. So I appreciate that.

Q. Quite a nice way to finish your round, an eagle on 18?

ALFREDO GARCIA-HEREDIA: Yeah, I think there's no better way to finish a round for sure.

Q. Best finish you had at the Irish Open three years ago tied for 24th. You're set to really break that. What's your forecast for tomorrow? What do you want to do? I know we're going to have a bit of wet weather at times.

ALFREDO GARCIA-HEREDIA: I don't like wet weather. So I'll try to do my best.

Q. What were the challenges today? I know the wind got up quite a bit, especially on the back nine for you.

ALFREDO GARCIA-HEREDIA: It was difficult, but I think the wind was pretty, I would say, like blowing fair, like in the same direction. It was a matter of getting the right club with the map and everything.

It was tricky, but at the end, the wind was kind of in the same direction all day.
